Three Birds Alliance provides pathways to healing and hope for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. Established in 1979, Three Birds Alliance is the only 24/7 shelter available in the City of Aurora and Arapahoe County, offering emergency shelter and extended-stay care, together with a crisis line, and licensed counseling.
